⭐️Job Title: English Customer Service Representative
🔍Job Level: Entry-level
📃Job Requirements:
- Expats with fluent English proficiency.
- Experience in e-commerce/customer service.
- Serve as an English customer service representative for a leading Chinese internet platform, responsible for online text-based customer inquiries.
- Preferably based in Haikou, Hainan
- Work Hours (Beijing Time): 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM (TBD)
💰Compensation and Benefits:
- The employer will sponsor work permit and work visa (residence permit), but the candidate must be based in Haikou, Hainan.
- Hourly wage of RMB 33 per hour (Approx. USD 4.60 per hour). Exceptional performers may receive a higher performance coefficient (the hourly wage of RMB 33 is the average, calculated based on an 8-hour workday and 21.75 workdays per month, with an average monthly salary of RMB 5,742 / Approx. USD 800).
